Court RequestsThe Valley County Pickleball Club (VCPC) offers court reservations for organizations, members, instructors, and guests, subject to court availability and club scheduling priorities. Reservation requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks in advance. All requests are reviewed and approved by the VCPC Board based on court availability, scheduled club activities, date, and requested time. Summer Reservation LimitsA maximum of three (3) courts may be reserved at one time to ensure courts remain available for public play. During July and August, and most weekends and holidays, court reservations are only available after 2 PM. The McCall Splash tournament is not affected by this policy.Reservation Fees
VCPC may reduce or waive reservation fees for VCPC-sponsored programs, community events, or approved instructional activities. Reservation fees help support court maintenance, resurfacing, repairs, improvements, and operational expenses. Refund PolicyReservation fees are non-refundable unless courts are closed due to weather, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances determined by VCPC. Insurance RequirementsApproved for-profit events or instructional activities must provide proof of insurance naming Valley County Idaho and Valley County Pickleball Club as an additional insured prior to the start of the event. All participants and organizations using the courts are responsible for complying with posted court rules, VCPC policies, and applicable safety requirements. Reservation holders assume responsibility for the conduct of their participants and guests and agree to use the facilities at their own risk. Policy ModificationsVCPC's primary mission is to promote and support public access to pickleball opportunities in Valley County. To help ensure that the courts remain reasonably available for public and club use, the VCPC Board reserves the right to modify, suspend, or amend this Court Reservation Policy at any time. Such modifications may include changes to reservation availability, reservation limits, fees, scheduling priorities, or other requirements when the Board determines that reservation demand is adversely affecting public access to the courts or the Club's ability to fulfill its mission.
